The product has a character card that has been checked, but it is fully sealed. The product is brand new, and the inner packaging has never been opened. This is a 17cm plush pendant. This product is intended for individuals aged 15 and above.

All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects. If you film your unboxing and a definite defect is identified through the boxing, we will consider an exchange. Videos are required by Pop Mart for customer claims (this is not our policy), and in most cases, a refund is not offered.

USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping providers. We do not ship outside of the United States. All shipping requests made before Thursday at 6:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out on Friday of the same week.
