All sales are final. No returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects. If you film your unboxing and a definite defect is identified through the boxing, we will consider an exchange. Videos are required by Pop Mart for customer claims (this is not our policy), and in most cases, a refund is not offered.

USPS and UPS are our preferred shipping providers. We do not ship outside of the United States. All shipping requests made before Thursday at 6:00 p.m. PST will be shipped out on Friday of the same week.
